Returns, Refunds, and Repairs

Returns

  • We make strong efforts to ensure your satisfaction. We will gladly exchange or replace products damaged or defective due to manufacturing/workmanship issues.

  • Please contact us for return approval.

  • Most returns approved so long as the product is in like new condition within 30 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase will be verified/required.

  • A return shipping label will be provided on approved returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds on approved returns will be applied back to the original payment method, unless otherwise authorized.

  • Refunds will be processed by us within five business days of approval. Payment processors may impose additional delays of up to five business days.
